Neighborhood Profile: Tomtom

Sandwiched between expat-heavy Galata, Galatasaray, and Cukurcuma, Tomtom and Tophane are developing neighborhoods that are going through a period of rapid revitalization. It is an area where you can find affordable old apartments for sale in Istanbul or current projects.
